• Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may require additional transit time beyond standard delivery estimates due to carrier routing and distance.

General Policy
• All sales are final unless approved for store credit under our return policy
• No refunds to the original payment method
• No direct exchanges
• Eligible online returns are issued as store credit only by JLorraine gift card
• Store credit must be used within one year
• International orders are not eligible for returns
• In-store purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange

Eligibility
• Return requests for eligible U.S. online orders must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery
• Approved mail-in returns must be postmarked (shipped) within 30 calendar days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, odor-free, stain-free, with original tags attached
• Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, oils, pet hair, lint, and other signs of wear
• Items with removed tags, missing packaging, or missing included components are not eligible
• In-store purchases are not eligible for online return
• Online purchases may be returned in store, subject to all policy requirements and approval
How to Request a Return (Eligible U.S. Online Orders Only)
• Click the Request a Return link
• Submit the return request within 5 business days of delivery
• Include all requested information
• If claiming damage, defect, or wrong item received, upload clear photos of the item, issue, packaging, and shipping label
• Our team will review and approve or deny the request
• If approved for mail-in return, a prepaid return label will be provided
• Only the provided prepaid label may be used for approved mail-in returns
• Approved online purchases may also be returned in store, if permitted under the full policy
Return Processing
• Returned items are inspected upon arrival or upon in-store review, if applicable
• Store credit is issued within 7 business days after approval following inspection
• A return request approval or prepaid return label does not guarantee final eligibility
• Return shipping costs for approved mail-in returns will be deducted from store credit
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• Minor loose threads or packaging creases that do not affect wear

Discounts and Store Credit
• Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash
• Store credit may not be combined with certain discount codes or automatic discounts
• Store credit may not be stacked with sitewide promotions
• Store credit reflects the amount actually paid after discounts and any applicable return label fees
• Orders placed with a discount are not entitled to receive that same discount again
• If a returned order included a free gift or promotional item, it may need to be returned or its value may be deducted from store credit
When a Return Will Be Refused
• Return request submitted more than 5 business days after delivery
• Approved return shipped after the 30 calendar day deadline
• Item shows wear, stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, odor, pet hair, lint, or other residue
• Tags removed, packaging missing, or included components missing
• Item was washed, altered, damaged, or soiled after delivery
• Return sent without approval where approval is required
• Return shipped with an unauthorized label or shipping method
• Item is final sale, swimwear, international, in-store purchase, gift card, or otherwise marked non-returnable

• All in-store purchases are final sale
