Refund policy

At JLorraine Designs, we pride ourselves on creating unique, high-quality products. To ensure clarity and satisfaction, we have outlined our return policy below, distinguishing between custom-made items and standard items. 

At JLorraine, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you need a different size or received a damaged item, you may return your order for store credit and place a new order.

International Orders:
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international purchases. This policy is in place to avoid complications with customs processing and import duties. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing your order.

 

US Based Orders:
How to request a return — step by step

1. Click the Request a Return link below:

2. Complete the return form and submit it within 5 business days of the date your order was delivered.
3. Our Returns Team will review your request and approve or deny it. We will notify you by email.
4. If approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and packing slip. You must use only the prepaid label we provide — customers are not permitted to use their own shipping labels. Our system requires use of our label so the package is properly tracked, insured, and linked to your order.
5. Print the prepaid shipping label and the packaging slip, pack the item(s) securely, and drop the package at the carrier specified on the label.
6. Once we receive the returned item we will inspect it. If the item meets our return conditions, we will issue store credit to the email/account used for the order.


Important terms & conditions

All return requests must be submitted within 5 business days from the date your order was delivered.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returns postmarked after 30 days may be refused. (Submitting a request within 5 business days is required for approval — approval does not override the 30-day postmark requirement.)
A prepaid return label does not guarantee eligibility; your return must meet all policy conditions (timing, condition, tags, packaging, etc.).
Shipping cost: If applicable, the value of the prepaid label will be deducted from your store credit amount.
Damaged items: If you received a damaged item, upload a clear photo of the damage with your return request so we can expedite review.
Store credit: Issued after inspection; must be used within one year from the date of issuance.
If a return is refused (doesn’t meet conditions), we may refuse the return and/or return the item to you at your expense.

What we inspect for

Item is unworn, unwashed, odor-free, with original tags attached and in original packaging (when applicable).
No makeup, deodorant, or perfume stains, and no damage caused by wear.
Custom sizing or alterations that were requested by the customer are not eligible.
