At JLorraine Designs, we strive to ensure that your order arrives in a timely and secure manner. Once your order is placed, it is processed at our store in Los Angeles, and then shipped out for delivery. Below is an overview of our shipping policies to help you understand the process from placing your order to receiving your items.
1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100 within the United States. Free Standard Shipping typically takes 5-8 business days to arrive, not including weekends and holidays.
- Expedited Shipping: For customers who need their orders sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Expedited shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. The exact cost and estimated delivery time will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and customs processes. On average, international shipments take 6-8 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- APO/FPO Addresses: We are able to ship to APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times to these locations may vary and are dependent on military mail systems.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
- Customs Fees: JLorraine Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Customs Delays: International orders may be subject to delays due to customs inspections, which are beyond our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any potential delays.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@jlorrainedesigns.com with your order number and/or tracking information. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
- Lost Shipments: In the rare event that your shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement shipment if necessary.
7. Shipping Policy Updates
- JLorraine Designs reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
