How long does it take to process my order?

How do I choose my size?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are generally processed quickly, so cancellations and changes are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will review your request based on the status of the order.

For order changes such as size, color, shipping information, or payment details, you must contact us by email before your order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, changes can no longer be made and any eligible issue must go through our return process.

If we notice a problem with your order information, we will reach out to you. If the matter is urgent, we may also place a courtesy call.

Can you remake another designer’s design?
No. JLorraine Designs states that it cannot make the same design as another designer. 

Do sale items or final sale items qualify for returns?
