We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t right, eligible U.S. online orders may be returned for store credit toward another size, color, style, or item.

Return Eligibility
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, oils, pet hair, or signs of wear
- Returned with original tags attached
- Returned with required packaging or included components, when applicable
Fit is a valid reason to request a return. If the size or fit isn’t right, you may return an eligible item for store credit and use it toward another size or style.
How to Start a Return
- Submit your return request within 14 calendar days of delivery
- Provide the requested order information
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photos showing the issue
- Wait for return instructions from our team
- If approved for a mail-in return, use the prepaid return label provided by JLorraine Designs
- Return the item by the deadline included with your approval
Returned merchandise is inspected before store credit is issued.
Store Credit
Approved store credit:
- Reflects the actual amount paid for the returned merchandise
- Does not include original shipping charges
- Is reduced by the return-label cost for approved mail-in returns
- May be used toward another eligible size, color, style, or product
Store credit is generally issued within 7 business days after an approved return passes inspection.
Final Sale Items
The following are not eligible for return:

- International orders
- In-store purchases

- Items clearly marked Final Sale
- Items marked non-returnable
