General Policy
• No exchanges
• Returns are issued as store credit only
• Store credit must be used within one year
• International orders are not eligible for returns
Eligibility
• Return request must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery
• Item must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, odor free, with tags attached
• Custom sized or altered items are not eligible
How to Request a Return (USA Only)

• Our team will review and approve or deny the request
• Approved returns receive a prepaid return label
• Only the provided prepaid label may be used
• Return label cost may be deducted from store credit
Return Processing
• Returned items are inspected upon arrival
• Store credit is issued within 7 days after inspection
• A prepaid return label does not guarantee eligibility
Damaged Items
• Upload a clear photo of the damage when submitting your return request so we can review quickly.
Discounts and Store Credit
• Store credit cannot be combined with discount codes or automatic discounts
• Store credit cannot be stacked with sitewide promotions
• Store credit reflects the amount actually paid after discounts and return label fees
• Only one order discount can be applied per purchase
When a Return May Be Refused
• Item shows wear, stains, perfume, deodorant, or makeup
• Tags removed or packaging missing
• Postmarked after the 30 day window
• Custom sizing or alterations requested by the customer
If a return does not meet the policy conditions, the return may be refused and the item returned at the customer's expense.
