• No exchanges
• Returns for store credit only
• Store credit is valid for one year
• International orders cannot be returned

Eligibility

• Return request must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery
• Item must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, odor free, with tags attached
• No custom sized or altered items

How to Request a Return (USA Only)

• Submit the form within 5 business days
• We review your request and email you the decision
• Approved returns receive a prepaid label
• Only the provided prepaid label can be used
• Shipping cost of the label is deducted from store credit

Damaged Items

• Upload a clear photo with your request so we can review quickly

When a Return May Be Refused

• Item shows wear, stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup
• Tags removed or packaging missing
• Postmarked after the 30 day window
• Custom sizing or alterations requested by the customer
