JLorraine Exchange & Return Policy

At JLorraine Designs, we pride ourselves on creating unique, high-quality products. To ensure clarity and satisfaction, we have outlined our return policy below, distinguishing between custom-made items and standard items. 

At JLorraine, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you need a different size or received a damaged item, you may return your order for store credit and place a new order.

Important Details:

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Returns shipped after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
  • If an item is returned after the return window, Jlorraine will refuse the return and/or ship the item back to you at your expense.
  • A return label does not guarantee eligibility—your return must still fall within the 30-day timeframe.
  • All dresses are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns must be initiated within 5 business days from the date you received your order.
  • The shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit amount.
  • Store credit must be used within one year from the date of issuance.
  • Custom measurements on any dresses and jumpsuits are not eligible for return or store credit.
  • If you received a damaged item, please upload a clear photo of the damage.
  • Print both the prepaid shipping label and packaging slip.
  • Any items purchased in store are Final Sale and are not eligible for a return for store credit.
