At JLorraine Designs, we pride ourselves on creating unique, high-quality products. To ensure clarity and satisfaction, we have outlined our return policy below, distinguishing between custom-made items and standard items.
At JLorraine, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you need a different size or received a damaged item, you may return your order for store credit and place a new order.
Important Details:
- All dresses are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns must be initiated within 5 business days from the date you received your order.
- The shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit amount.
- Store credit must be used within one year from the date of issuance.
- Custom measurements on any dresses and jumpsuits are not eligible for return or store credit.
- If you received a damaged item, please upload a clear photo of the damage.
- Print both the prepaid shipping label and packaging slip.
- Any items purchased in store are Final Sale and are not eligible for a return for store credit.
